If there is no God

If there is no God, then we are all most miserable, and our lives but a moment in time.

 

If there is no God then there should be no law, for nothing should be considered crime.

 

If there is no God who watches over men, then all miracles are just made up dreams.

 

If there is no God then every joy, is but a fragment of what life seems.

 

If there is no God then there can be no hope, and faith surely cannot be.

 

If there is no God then we all are unimportant, but just an object like an old elm tree.

 

If there is no God then why even care, or have goodness toward your fellow man.

 

If there is no God then all of your learning, is for a life that you cannot understand.

 

If there is no God then man is quite fragile, and destined for nothing more then this earth.

 

If there is no God then life is quite shallow, a commodity that has little worth.

 

For all soon come to that final place, where death soon annuls everyone.

 

Where all life has finally ended, your plans and your future will be done.

 

Now let me just say to all those with doubt, all unbelievers who will just never see.

 

There is a God, and He created everything, I know because He lives in me.

 

He comforts those who are hurting, and He governs all life on His own.

 

He hears every prayer that has been lifted in faith, when you search for Him He will truly be shown.

 

He will not be bothered by our unbelief, and will one day reveal His great plan.

 

Though you may still believe that there is no God, when you see Him you will then understand.

 

That emptiness you have within your heart, is a need that you will never fill.

 

If by His grace you ask Him to come into your heart, I know that the Savior will.

 

God is not a made up thing, or just our wishing that this hope will come true.

 

He is the creator of the universe, who has been waiting to fellowship with you.

 

Yet He will not force you to believe in Him, or like a robot lead you about.

 

One day however you will see your creator, and you will surely have no doubt.

 

The fool always says that there is no God, and this message they continue to sell.

 

Yet in the end they will cry out to their God, from the eternal flames of Hell!    

 

You don’t have to worry about being a sinner, for all come before Him the same.

 

Yet if you decide that you just will never believe, you will have no one but yourself to blame.    

  

THE ACCUSER

He is the accuser of the brethren; the one who destroys the saints. With his evil lies and accusations, what an ugly picture he paints.

He spins his evil web of pain, while trying to destroy men’s souls. He has no mercy on anyone, no matter where he goes.

The one thing I am sure about, he has always been a liar. Therefore, when this deceiver has come to his end, God will throw him to the lake of fire.

Now he roams around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. He sets his traps for the saints of God, while awaiting his final hour.

The day is coming when this fallen angel will bow before the Lord. Then God will cast him into a place of torment, along with his evil hoard.

Then all of his followers will finally see; that their leader was a fake. Still this will be the end for them, and they will follow him into that fiery lake.

Then the smoke of their suffering and torment will rise up for all to see. All the saints will give the glory to God, for He has finally set us free.

Therefore, the next time that devil brings up your past, all those lies that no one has heard. Just remind him of his future, it is written in God’s Word.

Idol heart

Day after day, you long to be rich;

money is your only concern.

You work extra hours, and save like a miser,

just hoping to get your return.

 

What have you made as your idol,

is it riches, pleasure, or great fame?

What will it matter if you gain this whole world,

your outcome will still be the same.

 

You may have the devotion of many people,

who may think you are number one.

Yet in the end, you will be all alone,

defeated when all is done.

 

So please tell me what your idol has become,

with all of the power, the lust and the greed.

How will you live in a world full of you?

What have you gained with your seed?

 

That idol is anything that means more to you than God.

It is the ownership that takes over your mind.

You may believe you have control of this beast.

Yet the outcome is not what you will find.

 

For to cast aside all those idols,

To really know in whom you believe.

You must place all faith in one alone,

The God in whom you hope to receive.

 

Only one master can rule and reign,

Only one lord can fill that part.

For anything that you love more than God,

Is an idol that owns your heart.

God’s love gift to all.

From heavens portals, to Calvary's cross, to a carved out tomb that was made. The promise of eternal life, where the foundation had been laid.

 

The Son of God would now return to His glory, to be seated at His chosen place. He leaves behind a lasting gift, God’s love and His saving grace.

 

Allowing the scorn, the nails and the scourging, while enduring the torment and shame. While receiving the punishment for the sins of the world never pointing His finger in blame.

 

Something took place in that darkened tomb, as His lifeless body came alive. Mankind could now look back to the cross, and the promise that would soon arrive.

 

The plan of the Father was emerging with power, with the enemy camp on the run. The word came down “It Is Finished” cleansing blood flowed down from the Son.

 

There at the right hand of the Father in Glory, Jesus took His rightful place. He would wait for that day when He would return to this earth, and the world would again see His face.

 

To the manger, to the cross, and in that empty tomb, now all tokens of God’s ultimate love. While the sacrificial Lamb of God, returns to heaven above.

 

Now the world can come and receive mercy, and leave behind their wickedness and sin. To rejoice in the day of redemption, and see Jesus when He comes back again.

 

Bow and Confess

Wherefore God hath highly exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name. That at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2: 9-11

Streets of Gold

If I could walk on those streets of gold, how wonderful it would be. With my family, friends, and the patriarchs all gathered there with me.

There would be no more trials and no more cares, where nothing could get me down. I would rejoice in the presence of my Lord and Savior, up there on Holy ground.

I may shed tears of joy in heaven, yet no sadness will spoil my day. My God will draw me close to Him and wipe those tears away.

Now I think about my Lord all the time, as I await His soon return. With this life so full of difficulties, yet wanting to stay is not my concern.

Still when I walk on the streets of glory, and my tears drip to the ground, I will lift my eyes to the God of all, who will keep me safe and sound.

Now He may turn and see me weeping, yet I know He will understand. The only reason I will be here at all, is seated at His right hand.

Yes one day it will be my turn to walk on heavens shore. I will finally be there with Jesus my King, alive forever more.

The wide Road

One day I was thinking about that wide road I have heard about, where many desire to stay. I thought about that massive crowd, growing larger every day.

I saw bumps and turns, and valleys everywhere, yet these people seemed to enjoy being on this road. Many tried to warn of the danger, yet they ignored all the things they were told.

There at the end of this very large road, those in the front began to see all the trouble ahead. However as they tried to turn around and go the other way, they were all pushed forward instead.

Flames began to rise up from a cavern, as those in front were pushed over the top. The ones in the back could not see the danger, so they moved forward so that no one could stop.

One after another they were shoved into this furnace, as the flame would encircle each one. Millions and millions, who had joined with this crowd, were feeling this heat like the sun.

Then as the crowd, all fell to their doom, one last soul stood there as though pondering his fate. Yet up from the pit came a flame that took hold of him, for now his decision came too late.

Up and down people would rise and then sink, with screams that were echoed from beneath. Here was the torment, of total darkness, with the worms and the gnashing of teeth.

This wide road is now being filled to the brim, with many still choosing this way. One day they too will reach the end of this road, and their choice will be taken away.

As long as you trod this road to destruction, you will find a crowd moving forward with glee. Yet the end of the road will reveal the truth, and the flames will be all you will see.

There is another road which is narrow where Jesus will lead the way. For the road to destruction will surely be full, with a great price you will soon have to pay.
